You may reschedule, amend or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your booking and any booking fee will be kept on your account for a maximum of 12 months only.

Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the non-refundable booking fee. 

This policy also extends to gift voucher reservations, as failure to adhere to the fair cancellation policy will also result in the appropriate deduction from the gift voucher value.
